Guest mfioble Posted October 11, 2004 Report Share Posted October 11, 2004 I'm trying to change/add some things to a few homescreens and after I copy them back onto the phone they do not available to be selected in the Home Screen Layout field. The original home screen works just fine. But even if I just change the xml file name and the title field in the xml file the homescreen file will not be listed. Guest drblow Posted October 11, 2004 Report Share Posted October 11, 2004 Em ... no m8 - you can edit an xml file! :shock: If the changes you make are incorrect, then the xml won't show up in the screens to choose from in the phone. When you make changes, open the xml file in IE on your PC. If there is any problem with it, IE won't open it, and you'll get an error message telling you what the problem is.
