Guest mofo Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Before I upgraded ROM on my Qtek 8080 my card (San Disk 256 MB) worked without any problems. After I upgraded ROM I experince a lot of problems. For exempel when I trie to browse the files on the card I have to (almost allways) to reinsert the card in order to files could be accessible. The very same card I use in my digital camera from to time and it works without problems. And one more problem. When playing mp3 i WMP it can just stop in the middle of file and jump to the next one. Not to mention that phone can switch off in the middle of call. Any suggestions? What to do? I can't tolerate this! P.S. It is very annoying when you want to show (of) trailer on your smart phone to your friends and everything goes crasy :x
Guest element Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I get this, seems to be a problem with the E200/8080
Guest mofo Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I would be very thankful for any advice....
Guest element Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I've been told that formatting fixes it, even though its had no change with me. So as far as im concerned there isnt a way of sorting it. But I too would be thankful for some more advice.
Guest mofo Posted November 17, 2004 Report Posted November 17, 2004 Formatting did not help to solve my problems. Do you guys had this problem with "old" ROM? Is it right decision to downgrade?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted November 21, 2004 Report Posted November 21, 2004 Did you format the card with Task Manager from www.binarys.com ? The E200 had a problem where it stopped reading the SD card and would only start reading again when you removed the card and reinserted it again.
Guest mofo Posted November 22, 2004 Report Posted November 22, 2004 Hi, awarner! Yes I tried that but it didn't help. As I mentioned before I did not have this problem with old ROM. Very annoying
