Guest nycsteve Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 i thought it would be neet to have "tabs" on the home screen. 1 tab would be the defult home screen another tab would list favorite games another tab would list favorite programs etc. and have the tab contents customizable. one tab could even have an alternate homescreen on it. wadda ya'all think?

You could do something graphically similar by putting the tabs as part of the background image for each plugin, and then having each plugin take up the whole screen. You can still have "fixed" plugins at the bottom of each screen, so long as they aren't selectable (like Clock or iconbar.) Then repeat them under each "main" plugin. eg. Message counter (say, 150 pixels) Clock & iconbar plugins (50 pixels) Empty plugin (200 pixels) Calendar counter (150 pixels again) Clock & iconbar plugins (50 pixels) Empty plugin (200 pixels) etc.
