Guest colcraig72 Posted November 6, 2004 Report Share Posted November 6, 2004 You need to follow the instructions below to stop this: Start > Settings > More > Phone > Channels . There will be two boxes (Enable Channels and Receive Channel list) Enable channels will have a tick in it, highlight the Enable channels and untick it, It should say something like downloading settings from network.. Once it is unticked you will not get anymore. Note that if you turn your phone off, you will need to repeat the procedure all over again !! It worked for me at least !!
