Guest casper508 Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 http://www.smartphony.org/stories.php?stor...3/01/10/5481281 an other one ... pfiuuuuuuu !!!! : )) This evening i was thinking of making something like this. Cheers Monolithix you saved me the time :D :( :(
Guest Rolandrat Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Good stuff :D, but how do you people decide on which one to use, with all those Pocket pc themes you can use (tens of thousands of them) - I end up swapping mine at least 10 times a day!!
Guest griffog Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 I've loaded up the XP Theme and like it, looks very crisp and clean. However, the 'Today' window is blank, any ideas what information this is supposed to display, if any?
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 This evening i was thinking of making something like this. Cheers Monolithix you saved me the time :D :( :P As much as i'd like to take the credit for that home screen it wasn't me that made it, I was in fact trying to find out who did :( griffog: The Today window displays your next all day event in the calendar, if you don't have one it will not display anything
Guest Lojt Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Anyone feel like translating it? :D
Guest ianintheworld Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Today should have date and time, No? woops, no thats not it..... Its for all day events it semms....

Guest spacemonkey Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 To check the author of themes, it's imbedded in the XML near the top, in the tag
Guest tomdbomb61 Posted January 12, 2003 Report Posted January 12, 2003 yeh all these themes are really good, but being a newcomer to the spv world i have got no clue how to use them, 1.) i have downloaded the zip file and extracted it to my desktop but where do u put the files?? and how do u select the theme when its bin copied across to ur fone?? help please!!! lol thanks
Guest Deemon Posted January 12, 2003 Report Posted January 12, 2003 IPSMApplication DataHome make sure that the image that the homepage specifies is in that directory too. After that you can use IA Albumn to change backdrop
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted January 12, 2003 Report Posted January 12, 2003 For a bloke deemon, you're pic looks very like a female of the species :D P
Guest Deemon Posted January 12, 2003 Report Posted January 12, 2003 hehe..yeah got a bit of a thing for her :D
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 12, 2003 Report Posted January 12, 2003 Just got the symbios screen and seen that there is another new on for us to try :D
Guest youngerpants Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 I had to have my avatar staring back at me :D
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 hmm, SPV mirror application, no certification needed :D
Guest Shire29 Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 Youngerpants I like that, how did you do it ? Cheers, Shire
Guest youngerpants Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 Ahhh, the glory that is photoshop and its fantabulous use of layers (oh, and having a mate who uses photoshop is nice)
Guest tallisman Posted January 14, 2003 Report Posted January 14, 2003 Followed Deemon's instructions as far as the IA Albumn bit - which threw me. I've copied both files to the Home directory and have changed the background but it looks a mess as standard desktop is active over this. What do I do now to get the screen to run properly? ;) :?
