Help, mail won't appear

When I do a send/receive, there's one email that won't appear in my inbox.

It's the Orange list digest if that makes any difference, and what happens is that it briefly flashes onto the screen, then dissapears. It's then no-where to be found.

Any ideas anyone? It's getting a bit frustrating now.
