You can do that in WMP when playing a file go to --> menu--> options---> buttons then last option is assing screen on/off togle assign a key and you're done.. Asymetrical asked my to give him some file's the jam is missing. (no prob, gone do so mañana). I can disable my screen in de WMP or if that doesn't work you can always try winamp for ppc (it looks like winamp but it isn't, confusing :) ) It also has an option to turn the screen off.
