Few SPV C500 Questions

Hey,

Been messing with the phone for a few days now - Very happy and now ready to sort it out fully... Get all of the apps and games that I have decided I want. Thing is it has also led me to a few questions. If you could please answer that'd be great.

1) Is it possible to sort out the Start Menu order? If so - How?

2) How can I add a POP3 email account to the Outlook Express on the phone so that I can send an recieve. When I tried it added another item to that list of Media Messages, Outlook Express, IMAP4, etc. I'd rather have it just so that I can use Outlook Express on the phone, that'd be great. If somebody could please list a step by step way of how to set that up that'd be ace.

3) Once I have my phone sorted is there anyway I can back up EVERYTHING. Games, apps, settings, ringtones, images, contacts, the lot? That way if I have to http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?p=97945#97945>Hard Reset or anything I can just readd the stuff back easily. If it is possible to backup everything if you could please explain how.

4) Is there anyway to (in the words of a PC user) "Format" the phone? I'd really like to remove everything (that I have installed) from the phone, reset all of my options, remove all registry entries that softwares I have install have added, etc. Basically - Make my phone brand new - As though it has just come out of the box (Even down to those registry entries and that). If this is possible, how?

I'm sorry for so many questions. If you could please help with any of these it really would be appriciated.

I am really enjoying the phone so far and would quite like to get my "perfect" set up on by tomorrow. If you could help that'd be great :)

Be sure you know what you're doping when it comes to registry editing, as the phone can become unstable when things get changed around.

AFAIK you'll have to be happy with the list of messaging options as there is no way of deleting all the list.

Smartions as stated as well as jeyo personiliser does the menu rearrangement following a reboot

You can add a nwe email account in addition to the outlook email and the other in the list by going through the messenging options, account setup feature

sprite sorts out the backup and the http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?p=97945#97945>Hard Reset (power off.. power on while pressing the 2 soft keys or choosing the clear storage app.
