New mailbox not appearing - registry help

Hello all:

I have a Moto MPX220 with the latest 1.3 firmware on the Cingular network. I installed the demo version of Smartner's Duality push email client on the phone. The installation went smoothly and it created a new mailbox named "Smartner Duality". However, this does not appear in my list of mailboxes, all I see are "Text messages" (SMS) and "Outlook" (ActiveSync) and "Multimedia Messages" (MMS).

If I try to create a new mailbox and name it "Smartner Duality", it says that name is already taken. So it's like the mailbox was created, but it's just not displaying for some reason. On my old MPX200 it appeared with my other mailboxes.

Is there a value I can change in the registry to display all mailboxes?
