problem with keyboard sound

I have small but very annoying problem with my C500: I want keypad tones not click

It was working before, but somehow it is changed by device itself :-)

If I choose setting->sounds->keypad control -> tone I got CLICK sound, same as click settings.

All other options works as it should

Did I mistakenly erased or misconfigured something ?

BTW, is there any chance to get accentuated charaters without T9 for writing (send messages, calendar, memo ... ) as there is no T9 for serbian/croatian/bosnian. All other T9 dictionarioes I tried doesn't have all letters :-(
