Guest ukdownhill Posted January 31, 2005 Report Posted January 31, 2005 Hey, has anyone tried modding there old spv/ spv e200 docking stand to make it fit? Figuring that I'd never use the e200 again the docking stand was a bit useless. So i've taken it apart. Inside is a tiny circuit board and what looks just like a mini usb cable plugged in. I tride removing the circuit board and having the cable sticking out but unfortunately it dosnt seem to work, it fits but dosnt charge/connect. I'm gonna have a go at finding a working mini usb cable that will fit inside. Will be a neat mod if it works, the c500 actually fits quite nicely in the e200 station! If i get it to work i'll sort out pics so you guys can have a look.

Lee <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I got the Belkin mount from the Modaco shop and the Krusell case from mobilefun. It also fits well in the Universal Passive hodler that you can get from carphonekits.com. They also sell additional brackets which are designed for various cars.
