Guest daveeeeeed Posted January 31, 2005 Report Share Posted January 31, 2005 I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way I could use my mini-USB multi-card reader (reads SD, MMC, CF formats etc) with my C500. I would like the ability to transfer images between my camera's CF type II card and phone directly. Since both cables are mini-USB, I'd assume that for connectivity I would just need to buy a mini-USB to mini-USB cable (as opposed to the standard USB to mini-USB cable that comes with the phone). However I'm wondering if anyone knows of any driver software that I can run on the smartphone itself to see the cards as plug and play storage when connected, perhaps using SmartExplorer or similar. Apologies if this has already been asked or dealt with. I have tried searching but the large volume of search responses on Modaco was a bit difficult to sift through.
