motorola bluetooth hs810 auto answer

I just got my mpx220 and I'm loving it so far. I got a motorola hs810 bluetooth headset and it works great and everything but I was just wondering if anybody knew if it has an auto-answer feature. I'm used to hearing the ringtone and having the call answered after a couple of seconds. My first guess is that I probably can't hear the ringtone through the headset because if it could do that then I'm sure someone could figure out how to listen to mp3s over the headset. If I could atleast get the auto answer feature going I'd be in business though.
