Guest ruykava Posted February 9, 2005 Report Share Posted February 9, 2005 (edited) hi all, it was quite simple and straightforward. i tried to get the phone unlocked using imei-check.co.uk 's software. unfortunately halfway through it froze. now the phone cannot go beyond the bootloader screen -- the infamous "three colours" part. also, i am unable to perform the "hard reset" as mentioned in these forums. the phone simply does not allow me to do so -- it goes to the bootloader no matter whether i press the power button fr a long time or short time, while holding down the 2 soft keys together. please help! thanks a million! btw the bootloader screen says: Typhoon RUU IPL 1.00 Typhoon SPL 1.99.99.9999 Typhoon Edited February 9, 2005 by ruykava Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest PayableOnDeath Posted February 9, 2005 Report Share Posted February 9, 2005 I had same problem when I emailed them they said Hello, Start again the unlocker, but this time make sure that the antivirus and firewall is disable first.
