Guest its_millertime22 Posted February 16, 2005 Report Posted February 16, 2005 good question, we should askPaul to talk to someone in microsoft, im sure hes got contacts. he should then let them know if they are interested in knowing what their end users want and improvements to be made <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If your talking about feedback from end users, of course Microsoft care - http://channel9.msdn.com . Guest extravagant Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 there will never been a PERFECT phone (I guesS)
Guest poulidis Posted June 14, 2005 Report Posted June 14, 2005 For me the main thing that would have to change is the menu. It's like one of the worst me nus ever created for a phone. With all these "more" and "more"... I wish wm5 would have a menu like nokia's os the latest of sony ericsson's, of course with nice icons which you can change. Also, an easire way to change/create themes (i don't know if anyone of you has the same problem, but the homescreens i design with ruttensoft's homescreen designer don't work on my mpx220). Also better mms support. As for the media player, I have 3.45 chinese rom on my phone which includes wmp10 mobile, and I have to admit that it rocks. That's all for now.
Guest poulidis Posted June 16, 2005 Report Posted June 16, 2005 Integrated GPS would surely be awsome, but I don't think it has anything to do with windows mobile 5, but with the devices that come out from now on regardless the os. For example if motorola wants to add a gps to their next smartphone, even if the os doesn't have an integrated GPS software, then they would have to make their own software for the phone. Am I right? But in the end, integrated GPS would be really cool!! (even though I won't be able to have one, since I got my mpx220 just a few months ago) ;)
Guest FrankyG Posted June 27, 2005 Report Posted June 27, 2005 there will never been a PERFECT phone (I guesS) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thats because everyone's definition of Perfect is different! A paper-clip is 'Perfect', in that it does it's job ...Perfectly :) For me, the size of the C500 is perfect but the screen isn't big enough to watch movies comfortably...less than perfect :D A brilliant phone nonetheless. Anyway....will WMobile 2005 devices start up quicker than WM2003 devices? The startup time on my C500 annoys me no end
