I open the link to get to the .cab, succesfully download it, run it, and then guess what... this program is not digitally certified. WTH? it's a micrsoft program. does anyone know what I can do to my phone to fix this problem? also, if there isn't anything I can do can someone tell me how to hard reset the device?
