Guest moosery Posted February 25, 2005 Report Share Posted February 25, 2005 is it possible to set the c500 so that it actually checks the mail at all?? mine only does it manually (perhaps occasionally automatically) - even though I have it set to do it every hour. GPRS also cuts off after a while of idle. Even running the 'fix' Shellconfig. Even with GPRS timeout set to never. While I'm using it it's fine - it never cuts out in use. maybe a known bug? anyone got the same? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It never used to check emails automatically unless I did a manual check first, but now it seems to be doing it! :-k Have you tried a backup and a hard reset?
