C500 dust

My SPV C500 has 2 months now and it is dusty , i've been to Orange Shop and the dealer had an SPV C500 but it was grey ,from december 2004 , and it had no dust ? In Romania i do not think there is any chance for a phone replacement but i'll contact HTC in case Orange doesn't fix the problem . They said they could clean it , it will take at least a week , and most likely i will have to go again in 2-3 months . If there is anyone from Romania having the problem pls post .
