Im looking at how you would go about tightening up the sliding mechanism and if at all possible the stylus gripper. I recieved one in identical condition, as a "replacement" phone yesterday.... also with inferior bluetooth build... Where do I stand with Orange? Guest fraser Posted March 24, 2005 Report Share Posted March 24, 2005 The BT software isn't an issue I'd daresay, but you should be able to persuade them that it's bad for the looseness. Thing is, if you don't it will inevitably get worse and the longer you take to report it, the more likely you will get blamed through wear & tear or damage.
