Guest avaishnavi Posted May 1, 2005 Report Share Posted May 1, 2005 Hi, I get following errors when I do soft-reset: Cannot find 'Storage' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and the filename are correct and all the required libraries are available. Sometimes, a warning saying 'Battery Low' also appears. However, when I click OK on the dialog box for these errors, the dialog boxes vanish and the device works fine. If I use Windows explorer, it shows me STORAGE and its folders etc. Why does it give error on soft-reset. HOw can I solve this problem? Br ajay PS: I use imate Jam. Guest avaishnavi Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 I finally had to do a hard reset. I have traced why the problem happened. The problem was because of DonotDisturb software. (I uploaded this software first after hard reset and the same problem repeated. Infact the warning had started to appear after i had uploaded the software on my JAM earlier).
