It didn't, so I called o2 and they told me to send it to their repair centre. Have you dropped it recently? I dropped mine just before it stopped working. Seems like a couple of other people have had the same problem aswell, just a bit of a pain since my wifi card just arrived today and now I'm probably going to have to send it back!
