In order:

Modaco - every day pretty much

Ebay - often

Hotmail - often

Msmobiles/coolsmartphone/smartphone thoughts etc. - once week for news

Cubehacker.com - once week for news

Gc-Linux.org - once week for news

mp2d.co.uk - to see if there are ever any updates

O and for your new site...I doubt Symbian maybe something to do with your blog?? Maybe more of a general discussion forum????

Well, the list is long and distinguished - so I can sum it up really with www.bloglines.com !

Pulls together many sites, via their RSS reeds.

As regards the new site - no idea, but I'm certainly intruiged!!!

www.howardforums.com simply because it one of the biggest sites i know

yeah, this site is huge and has huge traffic although it is owned by a Chinese Canadian! Another proof that one doesn't have to be in USA to do interesting stuff. 8)

I visit several sites regularly, so it's hard to say which one the most often, but of course modaco is one of them - I wish only each and every thread in modaco would have its own XML/RSS thread (and orange icon that on it so that I could follow some threads in my RSS reader).

As far as "what Paul O will launch as next site": I reckon it must be something with well-paid keywords like "mortgages", "asbestos" or "vi@gra" :D I wish it will not be support forum for nokia phones :?:

BTW: I wish Modaco could produce podcasts regularly ;)

I visit www.britxbox.co.uk with about 85% of my internet free time! :D The forums are lively and probably the best xbox forums around. Dont get any of the spamming and irritating n*bs like on the official magazine forums.

I highly recommend it , the lads Phlash and Janus actually got invited to E3 this year by MS!

Join the fun folks! ;)

Its ironic that on this site I am more of a lurker but on BXB I am more of a slight spammer , but I almost always spam something relevant to the thread ;)

www.britxbox.co.uk

Full E3 diaries from the gruesome twosome and lots of pics and info is available , admittedly if I had shown you the site during e3 it would be a lot more buzzing with the news as it was up to the minute live , but now its old hat! Take a look anyway people. I highly recommend it to all xbox owners and those thinking of buying who post on modaco as this community is a great place(modaco) with lots of sensible and non sensical discussion which would benefit the boards as always!

[/PR STUNT OVER]

Pretty much the same techie sites as everyone else, a bit of news as well, that would include Ananova, BBC and Google News.

I'm an IT Consultant, so I spend a lot of time on www.contractoruk.com.

Also, spending a lot of time on www.pdaforum.net, a site dedicated to all PDAs - one that I'm in the process of launching. That's the plug over with then!

I'm assuming Paul's new site is more in the vein of the above site, covering Palms and Symbian as well?

A nice easy Talking Point this week! ;)

Obviously I spend more time on MoDaCo than any other internet site... but since I am launching a new site over the next couple of weeks, i'll probably spend a fair bit of time there too ;)

(snip)

BUT... where else do you visit online, and how much time do you spend there?

Oh, and just for fun, try and guess what site i'm launching, or suggest a site you'd be interested in seeing. (Clue: It's a forum, and it'll be cross-pollinating with MoDaCo :D)

Bloody, bloody ebay (addicted)

CyberTech http://tinyurl.com/cgm7v

Yahoo groups (to do with aromatherapy)

Computer safety (Ad-Aware, Spy Bot, PestPatrol ect) Looking up new threat's.

News sites (google, yahoo, bbc)

MoDaCo + Moby sites (already quoted)

Horse related sites...(have 2 horses)

Paul's new site?

Got ta be some mobile "short cut" (links?) related to regularly visited sites?????

Liz

I can't finish any Internet session without a good dose of Red Hot Pawn.

www.redhotpawn.com is the ultimate online chess site.

Play against friends or strangers.

It has an excellent forum too (not a patch on MoDaCo of course ;) )

Best of all, it's free!

Sorry all (again!!)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

If you click add reply twice, maybe because you think it wasn't loading anything the first time. Don't worry has happened to us all at one time or another ;)
