Now when anyone rings it's plain white and just the person's name and number... Can someone give it to me by any chance? Anyone have any good standard pics to use? Thanks. Search the forums, or otherwise best way is to find instructions to log on to their FTP site and download it straight from there. I'm at work, and don't have a copy, but email me your address if you can't find it and I'll try and send it over. But you might be best going on there to find your version (I've got a QTEK). So how did you delete it anyway? I downloaded all the .gif and .bmp files from the /Windows folder to my computer, and none of them looks like the caller id screen...
