TMail.exe is part of Windows (it's the filename for the Messaging app), but I notice you're using a Touch and this tweak was for Smartphones not PocketPCs (which is what a Touch is). I'm sure I came across a soft key utility the other day on http://www.pocketpcfreeware.com
