Well, times passed and I went for a BMW 3 Series (E46) :(

Im so glad I did too, but with this petrol malarky, and the way my 1.9 drinks it - part of me wishes id gone for a nice small 1.4......errr actually, maybe not :o

The Audi Paddle-Shift (the critically acclaimed 'DSG') is amazing.

It uses twin clutches, and changes gear in the blink of an eye, very impressive.

Wish they'd offer it on the S4 :o

Actually it's not so great sometimes - fantastic driving experience, but hesitancy when moving off, a fair few failures and others stuck in gear until reset regularly. I wouldn't want one to fail outside of warranty either...
