As the compact framework in in the ROM you cannot install new versions, you have to wait for the operator to release one with it in. Even windowsmobile2005 doesn't have it in yet as the CF 2.0 is still not released its only in beta. This has to be, from a developer point of view, one of the most annoying things about smartphones.
