Guest metb
Hello everybody. I have a problem with "HkSoft SD Card Mailbox" program. Everything was working fine on my mpx200 with wm2002, but after upgrading to wm2003 when I install this program, my inbox won't open. Help please! Guest awarner [MVP]
Have you tried to install any MMS applications? The MPX200 with 2002 would not open the Inbox is the MMS application was installed to the storage card and not on the phone.

Guest metb
Still not working. I have uninstalled MMS program, and the install SD mail program, but it didn’t help. Inbox is just not working. I found on this page (Link) instructions how to manually set up email storage folder on Sd card: “1. Create MAPI folder on your SDcard, 2. Create folder ATTACHMENTS under \MAPI 3. Open Registry editor 4. Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> MAPI -> Values -> AttachPath -> 5. Value Date: \Storage Card\mapi\attachments 6. Go to DbPath -> 7. Enter: Value Data: \Storage Card\cemail.vol 8. After completes, then goes to PropertyPath -> Value Date: \Storage Card\mapi (this is how google has translated this line)” I don’t know what to do after (and including) step 5. Do I create new string, binary, DWORD…? Where is DbPath? What the hell is step 8?
Guest awarner [MVP]
As the MMS application is not legally available it's never been tested properly on the MPX200. You may be better off doing a hard reset as there will probably be registry changes that are causing the problems. As for the above reg changes, it depends what reg application you are using but with my reg there is no attachpath option :?
Guest metb
I've tried hard reset but it didn't solve the problem. It just don't work:( Is there maybe another e-mail client program for smartphone that can sync email with outlook? Thank you Awarner for your effort to help me:)
Guest awarner [MVP]
there is not really any other application to sync email with outlook. When you did a hard reset did you try to access the inbox before installing the mms application?
Guest metb
1. I did a hard reset, everithing is working fine (no mms installed). 2. HkSoft SD Card Mailbox installed - inbox not working (no mms installed) 3. HkSoft SD Card Mailbox uninstalled - inbox works 4. ArcSoft MMs client installed - inbox works
