What if i send you the one that i can get from previous orders from handange and send it privately to you as proof that i have access to all the updates hence i have a licence or whateva. You can check against a file you have as you have purchased it too. Bit complex though suggestions? :?

I feel sooo useless :lol:

I tried iastyles website and searched in their database of keys but they did not have me :cry: But i have purchased it because i can view my order and download a copy of ia album again. But this version asks for a key! and it doesn't work. Any ideas of how to find out my key?
Guest Mr_Protozoa Posted March 31, 2003 Report Posted March 31, 2003 On the website previous owners can put in their e-mail address (the same one you got the original one with), you then get the code e-mailed to you. i'm not sure on the exact URL for it, I just had a quick look, and i couldn't find it. Maybe it's been removed?

THE SERVICE???????? i receved a reply to my email sent to iastyle after only (6HOURS) sent at midnight receved 6:15am they sent me a zip of the old version and were very sorry it would not work! and said it was down to certificates why it didnt work. they also said 1.60 has been recalled and will re release mid april. hope this helps? Guest IA Style Posted April 2, 2003 Report Posted April 2, 2003 Hello everyone, as some of you have mentioned, we have recalled the latest release of IA Album for Smartphone. We have replaced this version with the earlier version which does work with your Orange SPV camera. The only new thing in the new version was the ability to have a 15-day trial download. We have removed the trial from our website, but hopefully we will figure out a fix soon and repost it. Everyone that purchased IA Album for Smartphone in the past few days should have received an email from us about how to download a working copy. (some of you may have also been sent an actual file with an attached application.) If you did not receive the email, please let us know by writing to [email protected] For those of you using the French version of our software, I apologize. I am afraid you will be stuck with the English version until we figure out what is going wrong. Hopefully we can update this soon. By the way, if we still have your attention, we have a new software title for Smartphones called IA File Manager Pack. For this software, the free trial download does work. Now, like v1nn1e, the IA Style website doesn't recognise my e-mail address for the registration key for the new version of IA Album (I know it's not available yet, but just wanted to make sure I could get it when it is!). I did ost about this yesterday, but my post got lost in the database corruption :lol: Anyways, I e-mailed IA Style ([email protected] - is this correct?)yesterday at 12:20pm (just after noon!) but still haven't had any sort of reply from them - but interestingly, did get their e-mail flyer for the above mentioned File Manager pack :roll: Also, as stated yesterday, I bought my version direct from www.handango.com, not via the Orange route. So, I'm wondering if Handango have neglected to pass on my details to IA Style. v1nn1e, where did you buy your version from? Also, have you had any response from IA Style yet? Thanks, Hax

I have emailed them but awaiting a reply still. I will let you know when I hear from them! So what are the new features of the new version? Is there any. Doesn't seem that way from iastyle's post. The new version just allowed trial versions. In this case the previouse version is best. I still want my key for the future releases though! Hax, you do have access to a working copy right?

Guest NickB&SPV Posted April 10, 2003 Report Posted April 10, 2003 I have purchased Version 1.60 (Build 11016), camera works fine. Was a bit worried when reading about this subject. Never had to contact IA to get it to work just worked as soon as it was downloaded and installed. :lol:
