Spv E200 -time Keeps Changing!?!

Hello All,

My HTC Voyager E200 SPV keeps advancing the time by 8 hours ?!! The time is advanced exactly 8 hours, so the minutes never change but the date sometimes does.

I have reformatted several times to try to avoid it, my current version is 2.7.5.1 I think.

This happens several times per day; I change it every time. It seemingly happens at random, I notice it happening wihtout having done anything.

I do sync with my computer but the time on my PC is always correct, I don't need to change it. The only program I have installed on my E200 is SmartExplorer.

Any ideas why this is happening? It's really really annoying, my calender keeps reminding me of stuff 8 hours away and my alarm can go off any time!

Please help before I go insane, does anyone else get this problem?

Is your Timezone correct. Start --> Settings --> More --> Data Time

Where did you get Rom version 2.7.5.1. i still have 2.7.3.3 do you have a link ?
