Yep, you need exchange sp2 tho.

Very cool!

Surely this would have been updated by my provider of the Exchange server? Or do i need an upgrade for my copy of Outlook too?

The upgrade is not obligatory. System admins can choose to upgrade to SP2 or not. If the system is working correctly, and they do not wish to add the new features, it'll run fine on SP1.

dazza you mean photo sync works on exchange sp1? - or you don't have to install sp2 if you don't want to?

My buddies agree as it's a one way upgrade- no removal possible, it's best to wait till you need it!

it works with Exchange 2000 sp1 but you need outlook 2003, sp2 is needed for the new mobility features in WM2005 once MS release the feature pack for the devices.

I've got sp2 installed no problems.

I don't know if it works with SP1, what I was saying to the poster was that it's up to their admin to upgrade to SP2, it's not something he could do at his end.

However if it does work, that's a bonus. I get my M5000 tomorrow, and I've not yet ran SP2 on my SBS box.
