How's the wi-fi on the Wizard?

Not got my Vario yet but yet another Orange customer off to T-Mobile the minute I can... for the last 12 months I was dreaming of a Universal but having seen them they're just too big for my liking - plus the Vario offers 802.11g as opposed to 802.11b on the Universal.

Does it make a great difference? Anyone care to tell me wondrous tales of how they've got video streaming in Starbucks and have amazed their friends / confounded their enemies...?

Well 802.11g won't help you if you want to stream video over the net and receive it at Starbucks, as they won't have a 54Mbit net connection ;)

However, I have found the WiFi to be very fast. I can transfer a 6Mb MP3 to the K-JAM miniSD card in about 12 seconds. I am not complaining!! Heaps faster than my Mini + SD WiFi.
