Guest d0z3y
I've had my M5000 for about a week now. Generally happy although it is a bit slow and buggy. This morning tried to answer a call but there was no sound - I could not hear the caller . I tried twisting the screen round and the speaker phone but neither worked. After trying everything I could think of I did a hard reset. This still didn't work, and so Orange are sending me a new phone tomorrow. Am not sure what caused it as I haven't dropped it or anything else. I would be more annoyed if the Orange replacement service was not so good - a 4 hour window next day is a pretty good service. I guess I'll see how long this one lasts......
Guest d0z3y
Just in case anybody else has this problem, I managed to fix it (before the new phone arrived). I simply plugged in my earphone and then unplugged them again. Seems like the previous time I had unplugged them it had not registered so all sound was still being diverted to the earphones.
