XDA Exec wireless with Cisco

Hi all

New here. Trying to get my new XDA Exec to work with the Cisco wireless access points (AP1200 series) at work. I have the right WEP kep and SSID but it doesn't want to connect.

It works fine with my Linksys AP at home - which is odd cause Cisco make that aswell!!

Has anyone got any suggestions/ideas? I think it might have to do with WM5 not support Cisco Wireless Extensions. Its like the Intel Centrino gear, you need to enable Cisco Extensions to get them to work as well.

I hope it is possible to get it working.

It doesn't seem to like accessing some APs - usually (it seems) when there is already a wired and wireless connection (although I could be wrong there).

The way round it is to enter the settings (IP address etc.) manually.
