I hard reseted my phone yesterday and now ,active sync can only connect me as a guest.and now i cant get my contacts back! Any ideas? Or ,is there another program i can use to upload my contacts back on the phone? Thx!

Disconnect the phone, open Activesync, select Delete Partnership. Once the partnership is deleted reboot PC (just to be sure) and then reconnect the phone. Read the resulting dialog boxes carefully and you should be able to work out what to do!

Could there be a problem on active sync on my phone? is there a way to reinstall active sync on my mobile?
Guest monkeygadge Posted November 14, 2005 Report Posted November 14, 2005 No you would be far better off trying this first: Find RJV Regtweaks UI either in the downloads section of this forum or at Airfagev.com or using google. Install this on your phone then go to Activesync name and change ity again to something unique. Switch phone nad PC off and on again. Plug in your phone. If that doesn't work then try uninstalling Activesync on your PC then reinstalling latest version from Microsoft downloads. I'd try that along with changing device name by above method. Let us know how you get on.....
