Guest JonStatt Posted November 14, 2005 Report Share Posted November 14, 2005 On my M5000, with the unit closed, I find there is some "movement" or slack on the right side of the hinge. The left side of the hinge is rock solid, but the right side I can feel it click a bit as I press on it backwards and forwards. It should be covered under manufacturers warranty. And the HTC guys in the UK are excellent for repairs. They fixed my SPV C500 2 times and my M2000 once. All done quickly and to a high standard.
