So after a week with my M5000 - it's DEAD, well and truly dead

It had frozen up, although I can't remember what I was doing at the time, and I gave it a soft reset. Didn't get past the orange boot screen. Tried a few more times with no success, so tried a hard reset....still wouldn't get past the Orange screen. Also tried to hard reset with the power plugged in/out, SD card in/ou, connected/unconnected to PC....nuffin

Is there anything else I can try to fix, or reflash it?

I've already been on to Orange, who say they have to refer it to their tech dept and if they give the go ahead, I'll get a replacement. Shouldn't be a problem I hope.

Pretty annoying really, I was enjoying this little unit!
