I'd be really interested if anyone has this stable on an iMate SP5m / wm5 phone.

It was working fine for a couple of weeks, then the joystick stopped responding. Joystick works fine everywhere, but not in this app. And, their support has just had me upgrade to 1.2, which has done nothing but prevent me from even registering my already-purchased copy.

Also, anyone have any idea why their registration component uses an on-screen keyboard instead of the built in keyboard?!?!? I find this mind-boggling (and frustrating).

Thanks.

David

Don't know about joystick issues on the sp5, but you could try unistalling, and reinstalling it (also it stores temp files in the root of your phone which might be helpful to delete).

But in reply to using their own keyboard - they didn't develop the game using .net with simple text entry areas in windows, but based the whole menu etc. round pictures and their own coded logic. They wanted to use certain characters and if they'd used a textbox or similar they couldn't have displayed pictures to represent characters like they wanted - to fit in with the style. The on screen keyboard was probably just simpler than trying to write their own "abc" code for the numpad on the phone.

EDIT: spelling :)
