Guest bronksy
Does anyone know where the antenna position is on the M5000? like where abouts it would be if you remove the battery. I want to try out one of those boosters stickers thing..i know they probably don't do any good, but just wondered where the antennas position was so i can plop the 'booster' in the right place. ta! Guest Jasonkruys
EDIT: The Wifi one is screwed into the lowest screw hole next to the USB port on the Board. The BT antenna is to 1" the right of the 1.3mp camera if you are pointing it at yourself in portrait. the phone antenna is around the camera lens. There is ALSO an antenna of some kind at the bottom going across the SD slot, right next to it is a pigtail connector thingy like you get on MiniPCI wireless cards. All antennae are in the Base unit/ Keyboard bit. Credit: Stot from xda develop Edited December 19, 2005 by Jasonkruys

Guest bronksy
don't think so.. the antenna is apparenly around the camera lens, and I've just put it into the battery section, i don't think they really work anyway.. may help in really weak areas just cos it's more metal, but not according to the packet as.. 'like having a 14 foot antenna on your phone' i got it as a sample anyways so i'm not too upset!
