Exploring her new surroundings, she uncovers artefacts, living spaces and technologies left behind by people who came before her to this uncharted island. Desperate to leave the island, Mina builds a temporary home from the remains of Granite House, uses her survival skills against the wilds of the jungle, and befriends a small monkey who becomes her helper and ally. During her journey, Mina becomes aware of a figure in the shadows. Could this be the unsettled ghost of the legendary Captain Nemo? Piecing together the hints and clues he provides, Mina must travel to the well hidden Nautilus to liberate the island. Take the role of Mina and solve a variety of clever Puzzles and use the various technologies found on the Nautilus to return to civilization or remain cast away on the island forever. Your quest for Survival begin! Return to Mysterious Island is the latest adventure game from Tetraedge. The game play is similar to the Atlantis Redux but the entire gameplay and the way the puzzles work have evolved into a graphically stunning game that will take you many hours to complete. The game starts with you stranded on a beach, weak with the lack of food and no equipment. Now your adventure begins as you wonder about the beach and the surrounding area looking for food and tools to help you in your quest. The interesting part about this game is the different ways you can use the items that you find on your travels. Most items you find have more than one use, you then have to figure out how to combine them with other items you find so you can make better tools. You can strip these new tools down if needed to use them for other challenges you come across. One important tip, search everywhere as a lot of items hard to see so you really have to search As you can see from the screenshots above the basic interface is easy to control with simple point and click operations. The inventory screen can hold a large amount of items which will take a long time to fill up so food can be stored for later. The time I have spent playing this game I have been frustrated at not finding the solution to a puzzle and then celebrating when it becomaes clear.
