Guest highflyin128 Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 Can’t wait for you to release QVGA. Ruttensoft homescreen is pretty limited compared to what i read that you can design with XML. I’m a novice to XML so I wait patiently for your software to help make it easier. Then Ruttensoft can hit the road. Keep Us Informed.
Guest MiG:uK Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 UPDATE: the colour scheme bit is taking longer than expected as there is no built in gradient function for labels. to those who understand this : i have had to make a seperate class which accesses the GDI of a label to enable me to preview gradients in the software.
Guest MiG:uK Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 Update: Gradient Function up and running. see screenshot. Dont worry the GUI is getting a complete overhaul.
Guest w411y Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 Ah you sorted it then :D Nice 1 keep it up ;)
Guest avolkov Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 And later you'll release a version for WM5? ;)
Guest Jakaroe808 Posted January 2, 2006 Report Posted January 2, 2006 Good Work! I just found your thread and your program is looking great. I've been designing screens in xml and am looking forward to the release. Keep up the good work.... ;)
Guest bleep Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 Ive just found this too and cant wait for it as Im wanting to make my own screens but cant be bothered to trawl through all the xml stuff and work it out. lazy I know but i just want the easy option. Keep up the great work Mig
Guest peekie Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 for those who cant wait there is the free homescreen maker from madbeetle , its basic but at least till migs version is out you have something to play with ;)
Guest MiG:uK Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 (edited) Well here it is, the colour scheme creator that is. ;) the GUI is a bit on the iffy side because when it was first done the dimensions where ridiculous, and could only just fit my 1280 x 1024 screen :D Just use the program and give feedback via pm or post about it in the QVGA maker thread. Cheers. MiG ColourScheme.zip Requires .Net framework 1.1 Edited January 9, 2006 by MiG:uK
Guest revmoola Posted January 10, 2006 Report Posted January 10, 2006 for those who cant wait there is the free homescreen maker from madbeetle , its basic but at least till migs version is out you have something to play with ;) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have to say that after playing with the madbeetle utility - http://www.madbeetle.e7even.com/cgi-bin/lo...AnimBuilder.zip - it is anything but basic. I'm amazed at how they've done the animations and allowed the drag-and-drop of plugins. very cool. very impressed.
Guest MiG:uK Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 Mod please close this thread, my hard drive went kaput and now lost all project work. well. thats the end of that. ;) MiG
