BT Headset for Music

I have an Orange SPV 550 and a BT headset, and SOMETIMES, the Media player plays in the headset, and sometimes doesn't.

When it works, all keyboard sounds & music played are apparent in the headset, and when it doesn't, only incoming calls are received in the headset.

Is this an SPC C550 problem or a headset problem, and how do I fix it?

I have used two headsets and they both seem to do the same - a motorola HS810 & a SonyEricsson HBH-35
