Need Help With MPx220 Language Issue

Wife bought me a new MPx220 on ebay, but it arrived with all text displaying in Chinese, thus I can't read the menus to try and change to USA english.

Anyone guide me through the process so I can use this phone???

I had the same problem. The best thing to do is to upgrade the phone with one of the ROM's available on the net. You will also have to download the installer from Motorola as well. There is a way to get the chinese ROM to display english. Hit the top left key (start) then 8 (settings) then 9 (more) then 6 (regional settings). The top entry box is for language. Scroll though until you find english then select it, then hit the top left key again (done) . That will get the phone to display in english and then you can change the ROM.
