Xbar 3.0 unable to close some apps

I noticed that Xbar 3.0 final is unable to close these two apps on my Qtek 8310 (WM5) :

* MSN messenger

* Taskmanager (the WM5 native one)

Even force killing the apps does not work..Anyone else notice this?

I posted the same message to Xbar's support forum, let's see what they can do about it.
