I've set them to sync, and everything else about sync seems to be working fine, but there are no messages in these folders on my phone (i-mate SP5) even though there are plenty in the relevant Exchange inbox. Also, there are only about ten messages in my inbox -- the older ones aren't synching. any ideas anyone? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(Right after I posted... funny how that always happens. It's because the settings are distributed in all sorts of places; in this particular case the setting needed is in ActiveSync itself rather than in the Messaging folders, and it's about how far back (in time) your e-mails should sync.
