Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 Cubis featured on new Palm Treo 700w smartphone from Verizon Wireless Astraware have announced a license agreement with Palm, Inc. which sees their award winning game Cubis included on the new Palm Treo 700w SSmartphone from Verizon Wireless running on Windows Mobile 5. CEO of Artaware Howard Tomlinson is quoted saying: "This is an exciting time to be involved with all of these companies working together for the first time, and having a game bundled with the first such device is not only fantastic for Astraware, but also for the new owners of this device, who will be excited about the content." Senior Vice President, Business Development, Palm, Inc, Mark Bercow replies: "We are very pleased to include Astraware's Cubis on the Palm Treo 700w smartphone from Verizon Wireless. Graphically attractive with rich audio, the game perfectly demonstrates the features of this new Treo smartphone, and particularly highlights the one-handed control that embodies the Treo experience." In addition to Cubis, Astraware has a number of additional titles which are compatible at launch with the Palm Treo 700w smartphone. These include Astraware Sudoku, Super Slyder, and My Little Tank.
