Guest evo99 Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 Is anyone using this program on a C500, as I am having a problem connecting using the GPRS.I have emailed their support service but as yet no reply, so hoping one of you guys know how to set it up. All I can get are error messages when trying to connect. I too have emailed their 'support' but had no reply. Had to make sure my SIM was enabled for GPRS but then used the following settings and all was ok: Access Point Name general.t-mobile.uk Username User Password mms Data Bearer GPRS just had a look at www.mobile-helper.com if you are on orange PAYT then you need to set to orangewap not orangeinternet (username Multimedia, password Orange) why do the operators make all of this so tricky, it's a shame because the software when it's up and running is fantastic Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
