SMT5600, what am I doing wrong?

I have been able to get some of the software I want installed no problem. But the problem exists when all I have is the _setup.xml file and the other files associated with it, *.001, *.002, and so on.

I can look at the setup file and see whats going on on my computer. But the phone wont run the file, all I get is a blank screen from IE. is there some sort of setting I havent enabled, a dll, ini, or exe file that I need to have to get this to work?

You have mistaken a cab file for a zip file.

Do not unpack it on the PC. Transfer it to the phone and execute it there. It will unpack itself and install its contents automatically.
