Guest sean2212 Posted February 2, 2006 Report Share Posted February 2, 2006 I have just been told by those nice people at o2 that my Pay and Go account will not accept Outlook email. I wish they could have told me that before I'd bought the card. I am now firmly convinced that they are just about one of the worst networks to be with in terms of their truly appalling customer service. Anyway, I'm not going to let myself get worried about that now. At the moment, my main problem is Pocket MSN. I put my old SIM card in - Virgin pay as you go - and it worked fine. (My XDA is unlocked.) However, a few hours later, and I can't send Hotmail via my XDA, and I keep getting messages saying that the phone can't connect to Mobile Web or whatever it's called due to 'temporary reasons' or 'unknown reasons'. I've put the near useless o2 SIM back in and had the same results. Anyone know how to fix this? As I say, it was working earlier.... Thanks in advance.
