I assume you're trying to access internet and MSN over GPRS and not the dial-up? Here's my GPRS settings which work fine:

Connection Name: Orange GPRS Internet

Select a modem: Cellular line (GPRS)

Access point name: orangeinternet

Username:

Password:

Domain:

Proxy Settings:

Check box for "This network connects to the internet"

Check box for "This network uses a proxy server....."

Leave Proxy Server box empty

Advanced Proxy Settings:

HTTP:

WAP: Server - 192.168.71.35 Port: 8080

Secure WAP:

Socks:

Give them a go and see if they work! :)
