JasJar iMate automatic email download

Hi folks

I have the JasJar iMate. I also have 4 email accounts. It is ok for me not to have push email but I would like to select automatic connection and download every 30 minutes. It works sometimes and then it doesn't. Sometimes it does it for only 1 email. Any clue to make this more reliable?
